These general terms and conditions govern the distance sales of wellness and massage products offered by SENSO on this website.

Article 3 — Products and Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). SENSO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, products being invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of order validation.

Any order placed on the site is subject to a confirmation email. The sale is considered final after payment validation.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or PayPal, via a secure payment gateway. SENSO does not store any banking data.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. SENSO goes beyond this legal minimum by offering 30 days to change your mind — the terms are detailed on our Returns page.

Article 8 — Legal Guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the Civil Code and the Consumer Code.

Article 9 — Liability

SENSO cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure, stock shortage, or product unavailability.

Article 10 — Disputes and Mediation
